The first post on the blog is a confused mumble

Relatively new to Generate press – learning zone.

New to blogging – learning zone.

Just been through the mangle of signing up for all sorts of products that I’m unlikely to be using in the near future.

Good products, as far as I can tell. Just not for me, or not for me yet.

Paykickstart – fantastic ideas, eager to be helpful, loads of advice. Need a product to sell. Preferably a digital product. They give loads of ideas and keep me hyped, but at the end of the day, having spent actually all day reading their good stuff. I don’t have a product and am due to pay some recurring fees.

Cancelled but nevertheless it was a – learning zone.

I now have viddyoze, doodly, pressplay, toonly, talkia, fresh stores, easyVSL, thrive themes, generate press.

I couldn’t hand on heart tell you what every one of those does. But I know I bought the premium upgrades for quite a few of them too. They really had me . . . but I’d probably do it again!

Making videos for instance – I feel comfortable that I could do a really simple video for someone without having to learn adobe premier or something. So it’s more of a comfort thing I think.

Still need to learn how to use the software though. – learning zone.

Meanwhile, I’m looking for a job. That’s going to involve a bigger slice of docker knowledge than I have, and more React and keeping edged up on php 7, a refresher on trickier sql I think and so on and so forth.

It’s a learning frenzy, and none of it what I really want to be doing.

Sort it out, child.
